The West Central Ohio Industrial Center (WCOIC) has direct, non-stop access to Interstate 75 in less than two miles at Exit 110 and an alternate route via Exit 104, less than seven miles south of the site.  It has interstate visibility on its east perimeter.

The WCOIC is midway between Interstate 70 near Dayton, Ohio and Interstate 80/90 near Toledo.  US 33, a major commercial route between Chicago and Washington, DC, runs along the site’s northern boundary.  US 30, another major east-west business route, is just 25 miles north of the site via an I-75 interchange.
